Gisele is the executive director of doebem. She is responsible for leading the organization, overseeing operations, implementing strategy, fundraising, and managing the team.

An environmental engineer with a postgraduate degree in Public Policy Management, Gisele has extensive experience in the Brazilian third sector. Over the past 8 years, she has focused on developing institutional capacities within the executive branch. She began her career in the public sector, focusing on planning, management, and environmental education. She loves being immersed in nature, outdoor sports, rivers, and vegetarian recipe books.

Vevila is an executor in the research department. Her work includes data collection and analysis, report writing, and project management. Before joining doebem, Vevila worked in various areas as a geographer, serving as a geoprocessing technician, project manager, researcher, and teacher.

With a Ph.D. in Human Geography from the University of Reading (England), Vevila completed her undergraduate and master's degrees in Geography at the University of Brasília. An amateur gardener, strategy and simulation gamer, and visual artist (only in her wildest dreams).

Elisa is a counselor and co-founder of doebem, contributing her experience in philanthropy, with a focus on Education and Early Childhood, and in social entrepreneurship. She began her career in project management.

With a Master's degree in Management from MIT (USA) and in Public Administration from Harvard (USA), Elisa graduated in Administration from PUC-Rio. She loves playing the guitar and solving puzzles.

Lucas is a counselor at doebem, bringing his experience as the executive director of a family philanthropic foundation. Previously, he worked in the healthcare and education sectors, both in social organizations and in the public and private sectors. He began his career in strategic consulting.

With a Master's degree in Education and Administration from Stanford University (USA), with a certificate in social entrepreneurship, Lucas graduated in Economics from USP. His favorite way to spend afternoons is building Lego with his family.

Alê is a counselor at doebem, bringing his experience as a professional investor for an independent management company and his commitment to donating 10% of his income to high-impact organizations. Previously, he worked at a Private Equity fund in Brazil and an Investment Bank in New York. He began his career in strategic consulting.

With a Master's degree in Management and Finance from Wharton (USA), where he graduated with distinction, Alê graduated in Production Engineering from USP. Apart from the day-to-day financial market, Alê practices meditation and is always excited to try new vegetarian restaurants in São Paulo.
