Based in Recife, Pernambuco, Centro Sabiá is dedicated to promoting agroecologically-based family farming in coexistence with the semi-arid region. The organization seeks to mitigate food and nutritional insecurity, which affects approximately 64 million people in Brazil, including vulnerable communities, women, and the rural population of Pernambuco. It works to transform backyards into productive agroforests, fostering local production and coordinating public policies. The organization aims to ensure food security, increase family income, and improve the quality of life of beneficiaries in harmony with the semi-arid region.

Impulso Previne is a platform that equips public primary healthcare providers with updated information on citizens’ non-communicable diseases (NCDs) diagnosis and monitoring. The platform is currently implemented by ImpulsoGov in 23 Brazilian states, and serves municipalities with up to 200,000 inhabitants, most of them reliant exclusively on the country's public healthcare system (SUS). The nominal lists are the main functionality of the solution, and assist agents in the monitoring and follow-up of patients with diabetes and/or hypertension, and in identifying the population for vaccination and screening tests (such as cervical cancer screening). Impulso Previne is an evidence-based initiative with proven impact on reducing negative NCD outcomes.
