Impulso Previne is a platform that equips public primary healthcare providers with updated information on citizens’ non-communicable diseases (NCDs) diagnosis and monitoring. The platform is currently implemented by ImpulsoGov in 23 Brazilian states, and serves municipalities with up to 200,000 inhabitants, most of them reliant exclusively on the country's public healthcare system (SUS). The nominal lists are the main functionality of the solution, and assist agents in the monitoring and follow-up of patients with diabetes and/or hypertension, and in identifying the population for vaccination and screening tests (such as cervical cancer screening). Impulso Previne is an evidence-based initiative with proven impact on reducing negative NCD outcomes.
